To: The Local Government Act Office.
From: W P Jackson, Chairman of the Local Board of Health, Woolwich [Kent].
Subject Matter: Certification that he duly summoned a meeting of the owners and ratepayers of the Parish of Woolwich, upon receipt of the enclosed requisition to do so, signed by 20 owners and ratepayers, at which it was resolved that the Woolwich Local Board shall be given the power to do all or any of the things specified in Section 50 of the Local Government Act 1858 within the said parish. Copies of notices advertising the meeting held on the 28 October 1869 are also enclosed.
