Subject Matter: Letter enquiring, with reference to owner's claims to vote at annual elections of the Local Boards, whether it is necessary for the owners to repeat their claims annually, where there is no alteration in the ownership of the property, or whether the claim will, once sent in, remain in force until some alteration takes place in such ownership.
