From: W Farnfield, The Woolwich Local Board of Health, Solicitor's Department, Parson's Hill, Woolwich [Kent].
Subject Matter: Application for sanction to borrow £4000, upon the credit of the General District and Private Improvement Rates of the Parish of Woolwich, for the purpose of enabling the Woolwich Local Board to repay the balance of a loan of £7500, obtained under a sanction already given for the purpose of private improvement works.
