From: Andrew C Reed, Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Woolwich [Kent].
Subject Matter: Letter enclosing copies of the notices served upon the owners, lessees and occupiers of premises in Thomas Street, Woolwich, in December 1863, with reference to a petition presented by the Woolwich Local Board of Health to the Home Secretary, praying that they may be allowed to obtain powers for the compulsory taking of land within their district.
