From: Andrew C Reed, Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Woolwich [Kent].
Subject Matter: Letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 30 March 1863, enclosing the sanction of the Home Secretary to the borrowing of £7000, on the credit of the General District Rates, by the Woolwich Local Board of Health, for the purpose of paving the footpaths throughout Woolwich.
