To: The Home Secretary.
From: Robert Rawlinson, Superintending Inspector, The Local Government Act Office.
Subject Matter: Report upon an application from the Local Board of Health for the District of Woolwich [Kent] for sanction to borrow £7000, on the security of the General District Rates, for the purpose of paving the footpaths throughout the Parish of Woolwich. Rawlinson recommends that sanction is granted to the Local Board as requested.
