From: W Fossett, Auditor, Granville Park, Blackheath [Kent].
Subject Matter: Letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 13 July 1870, and of a copy of an Order from the Home Secretary, remitting a disallowance of £10 10s 0d which Fossett had made in the accounts of the Local Board of Health for the District of Woolwich.
