To: The Local Government Act Office.
From: W Fossett, Auditor, Granville Park, Blackheath [Kent].
Subject Matter: Letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 15 May 1860, regarding a credit of £10 10s 0d in the accounts of the Local Board of Health for Woolwich - stated to be a contribution to the Metropolis Gas Committee of Enquiry. Fossett encloses a copy of the report made by Mr Nokes, the Solicitor to the said Local Board, which the Local Board forwarded to him.
