To: T Taylor, The Local Government Act Office.
From: W Nokes, Solicitor to the Woolwich Local Board of Health, 70 Saint Mary Street, Woolwich [Kent].
Subject Matter: Letter advising that the Taylor's letter of the 13 September 1858, addressed to Mr E Sargent as Clerk to the Woolwich Local Board of Health, has been referred to him. Nokes explains that he would like to have an interview with Taylor to discuss a portion of the contents of that letter, before he makes his report to the Local Board nest Tuesday. He enquires whether such interview can take place on Saturday, between the hours of 11 and 12 o'clock.
