To: Joseph Frederick Jessopp, Clerk to the Local Board of Waltham Abbey, [Essex].
From: The General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Draft letter referring to a letter of the 6 March regarding the evils which in the opinion of the Local Board of Health of Waltham Abbey would be inflicted upon the inhabitants of the town by the passing of the two Bills now pending in Parliament. The General Board transmits to the Local Board of Waltham Abbey the accompanying extract from Mr Rangers report [not in item].
