Folios 401-408.
To: The General Board of Health.
From: William Ranger, Superintending Inspector, Pall Mall.
Subject Matter: Report enclosing a copy of a communication from the chairman of the Waltham Abbey Local Board of Health regarding a special meeting held on the 'River Lee Trust' and the 'New River and East London Water Companies' Bills now pending in Parliament, due to the potential injurious effects of the sewerage of the district. Ranger concludes that in his opinion these Bills will not interfere with or injuriously affect any well arranged system of sewerage that the Waltham Abbey Local Board of Health may carry out.
