Description

Folios 34-35.

To: The Home Secretary.

From: Harrison and Smith, Wakefield, Wallingfen [Yorkshire].

Subject Matter: Letter referring to the Inquiry of the 23 February at South Cave. Harrison and Smith confirm that they are acting as solicitor of James Milnes Gaskell of Thames House, the owner of the new village estate. They state that Mr Gaskell is opposed to be included in the new district proposed. They ask that they be informed of the state of the situation prior to their next meeting.
