From: Burland Son and Petch, South Cave, Brough [Yorkshire].
Subject Matter: Letter enclosing the plan referred to in the last letter, which by oversight had not been enclosed. Burland Son and Petch state that this delay has enabled them to reply to the queries contained in a letter of the 26 May.
