To: The Local Government Act Office.
From: Burland Son and Petch, South Cave, Brough [Yorkshire].
Subject Matter: Detailed letter enclosing correspondence between G Macturk and W Silvester, solicitors, concerning the opposition from Colonel Clitherow to the proposed eastern boundaries of the parish, expressing his dissent 'in terms which cannot be misunderstood.' Burland Son and Petch give details of the proposed boundaries and ask the Local Government Act Office for their advice.
