Subject Matter: Memorial [petition] from four members of the Wallasey Local Board, praying for the remission of certain surcharges imposed upon them by Thomas Kyffin Roberts, the Auditor of the Cheshire and Denbighshire Audit District, at the last audit of the Local Board's accounts.
