Subject Matter: Memorial [petition] from the Local Board of Wallasey, praying for the remission of certain surcharges imposed upon James Clerk Boyd and George Briscoe Kerferd, members of the Wallasey Local Board, by Thomas Kyffin Roberts, the Auditor of the Cheshire and Denbighshire Audit District, following the recent audit of the said Local Board's accounts.
