Subject Matter: Letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 3 May 1869, enclosing the Home Secretary's Order, remitting the surcharge by the District Auditor, in respect of the sum of £509 3s 9d on Mr J C Boyd, Chairman of the Wallasey Local Board.
