To: The Home Secretary.
From: Evan Thomas, Llanddeusant [Anglesey] and William Cottrell, Liverpool [Lancashire].
Subject Matter: Memorial [petition] from the owner of certain property [Thomas] situated at the juncture of Grosvenor Road and Hope Street at New Brighton [Cheshire], and an Estate Agent at Liverpool [Cottrell], employed to collect the rents of the same said property, praying that the Wallasey Local Board may be restrained from taking any summary or other proceedings to enforce any payment from them for, or on account of, or alleged to be expended by the said Local Board in or about the alteration and remaking of Grosvenor Road, New Brighton.
