Folio 97. Attestation of Robert Miln, Minister of Speymouth [Morayshire]. Attests to the good character of Sir James Kinloch now a rebel [Jacobite] prisoner. Miln states that Kinloch spent a month in his house and was humane and merciful to the prisoners taken at Keith [Banffshire] by the rebel army.
