Reports that Lord Ogilvie and other rebels have been 'secured' at Bergen [Norway], and [envoy extraordinary Walter] Titley is to approach the King of Denmark. 5 June 1746.
Folio 6. Requests that evidence and witnesses against Lord Lovat and the other rebels be sent as soon as possible. Dated 6 June 1746.
Folio 6-7. Requests exact lists of prisoners 'taken in arms' in Scotland, held prisoner there, to assist their removal to Carlisle [Cumberland] or elsewhere. Also asks for Lord Lovat to be sent to London. Dated 3 July 1746.
