Depositions on the part of Richard Wharton, bailiff of Bungay, Suffolk. Deponents are John Stanhawe of Bedingham, John Duke of Cratfield, William Bumsted, gentleman, Thomas Gase, William Estaner, Robert Atkinson, Thomas Longe, and John George, all of Bungay. The case concerned Philip and Richard Southall's allegations of misconduct in office against Wharton, including wrongful distraints and confiscations. The depositions are dated to 28, 29 and 30 January 10 Henry VIII (1519).
