Interrogatories to be put to John Reynold, John Clerke, Peter Tussey, William Randall, William Poynter, Richard Harnest, John Furster, Robert Randell, John Munke, and others, on the part of George Whelplay. The depositions of Clerke, Robert and William Randall, Harnest and Tussey are also attached. The case concerned the export of horses and geldings and other other merchandise from Weymouth without customs. The cases is marked as Whelplaye v Reynolds, but the documents are part of the case Whelplaye v Clerke (STAC 2/26/23). Clerke's deposition is dated 12 November 31 Henry VIII (1539).
