1541 Trinity term
Interrogatories to be put to Thomas Wodford and Agnes his wife, Thomas Rose and John Careles in the case Wodford (Woodford) v Sampford (Samford or Sanford). The endorsment shows that they were brought into court in Trinity term 33 Henry VIII. The case concerned an assault at St Edmond Stowe in Gloucestershire in January 1541.
