Description

Folio 193. Copy of a letter written by some of the Highland Chiefs to Sir Alexander McDonald and Mr McLeod, expressing concern at their failure to come out in support for 'the Prince' [Charles Edward Stuart] in view of their past expressions of support for the [Jacobite] cause, and noting their failure to reply to the Prince's letters.
