Report on the case of Anthony Hatfield, formerly Consul for the Dominion of the Emperor of Morocco, comparing his lack of salary to those paid to consuls at Alger [Algiers, Algeria] and Tripoly [Libya], and explaining his inability to extract 'consulage on goods' at Maquiness [Meknes, Morocco?] on account of its Jewish governor trading with Europe, mentioning the Ambassadors [to Morocco, Barbary?] Captain Norbury and Admiral Stewart.
