Folio 80. Petition for release sent to the Duke of Newcastle from Ann Lady Stewart, recalling her detention aboard The Hound, and her present detention by a messenger. Ann Stewart also recalls the arrest of her husband Sir James Stewart at his house in Burray [Orkney], by a party of marines under Lieutenant Moodie, and his death from fever in New Gaol, Southwark [Surrey].
