Folio 126. Talbot to [unknown]. Brigadier General Price, by order of the duke of Newcastle, was meant to make sure that all prisoners under his care would be transferred to a commissioner appointed in Calais [France]. Price has refused to free the pilots Bligh and Lesly [Lesley, Leslie] imprisoned in Berwick in spite of their certificates from Mr de Rosmadec, captain of Prince Charles, certifying that they have been forced to go aboard.
