Folio 124. Certificate of James Robertson, Minister of Lochbroom [Ross-shire] on behalf of [Jacobite] prisoners in Tilbury Fort [Essex]. Says they showed their loyalty during the rebellion by their willingness to rise with McKenzie of Dundonnel [Cromartyshire] in opposing Colonel McDonald of Barasdale [Barrisdale, Inverness-shire]; fled to the hills, but were forcibly recruited by Keppoch, Colline [Colin] Roy, and a party of McDonalds from Barrisdale; finally surrendered to the Earl of Southerland's [Sutherland's] militia.
