Brigadier James Fleming to Duke of Newcastle, concerning the transfer of French prisoners-of-war to Brigadier Price in Berwick [Northumberland, Berwickshire], [for imminent exchange at Calais, France], and the release of 'His Majesty's natural-born subjects'. Lieutenant Colonel Innes will take command while Fleming takes leave, in London and Bath [Somerset] for his health. Dated at Carlisle [Cumberland]. Enclosing:
