Folios 95-100. Summary of cases of [Jacobite] rebel prisoners to be executed 13 February 1747, all claiming defence of 'force': Alexander Kinlock and Charles Kinloch, captains in Ogilvy's regiment; Adam Hay; Alexander MacKenzie, Lieutenant in Cromertie's regiment; Henry Moir and Robert Moir, Balmerino's troop; James Stormouth, ensign in Ogilvie's regiment; Charles Oliphant, of Lord John Drummond's regiment.

Witnesses: Thomas Man, minister of Dunkeld [Perthshire]; Sir William Nairne, of Dunsinane [Dunsinnan, near Scone, Perthshire]; James Miln, of Milnfield; David Robertson; Alexander Gib; and David Ross; Jo [Joseph] Chalmers, president King's College, Aberdeen [Aberdeenshire]; Thomas Forbes, of Echt [Aberdeenshire]; David Bartlet, advocate, Aberdeen; presbyteries of Deer [Old Deer, Aberdeeenshire?] and Turriff [Aberdeenshire]; William Johnston, minister of Montwither [Monquhitter, Cuminestown, Aberdeenshire?]; Mr Robertson, minister; Reverend James Robertson and John Campbell, customs collectors, Lochbroom [Ross-shire]; Marquess of Lothian; Lord Chief Justice Willes. Alexander Brodie, Lyon King of Arms, certified McGhee [William McGee?] a witness 'of bad character'
