Summary of cases of [Jacobite] rebel prisoners to be executed 13 February 1747, all claiming defence of 'force': Alexander Kinlock and Charles Kinloch, captains in Ogilvy's regiment; Adam Hay; Alexander MacKenzie, Lieutenant in Cromertie's regiment; Henry Moir and Robert Moir, Balmerino's troop; James Stormouth, ensign in Ogilvie's regiment; Charles Oliphant, of Lord John Drummond's regiment.
