Folios 93-94.?I M [Ignatius Michael?] Browne [to unknown] seeking clarification of orders to embark [French Jacobite] prisoners-of-war to Calais [France] for exchange, and complaining that Brigadier Price has excluded Mr Hay and two pilots, Bligh and Lesly [Lesley, Leslie], despite the orders given to Major [John] Wilson. Browne insists that Hay embarked from Dunkirk under his own commanding officer Lord Thomond. Dated at Berwick [upon Tweed] Prison [Northumberland, Berwickshire].
