Folios 88-89. Sir Everard Fawkener to [Thomas] Ramsden. He has written to the Duke [of Cumberland] about the power to be given to Captain De Cosne [co-ordinating the imminent exchange of Jacobite prisoners-of-war in Calais, France]. States that he's noticed many names are not on any of the lists, and that among those missing are prisoners to be pardoned. Dated at Cleveland Row [London, Middlesex].
