Also, reminds that Friday next is the date of execution of eight [Jacobite] rebels in New Gaol [Southwark, Surrey]. Enclosing:
Folio 73. Draft of a 'sign manual to the attorney general', summonsing John Murray of Broughton to appear before the King's Bench, and advising that he should be allowed to claim the benefits of having surrendered himself under the Act of Attainder. Dated at Whitehall [London, Middlesex].
