Additional observations [by unknown author] concerning the true method of destroying the rebels, declaring that the people of the Shire of Air [Ayrshire] and about Glasgow want, themselves, to fight against the rebels [Jacobites] and are surprised that no use is made of their assistance. Calls for a sloop to carry arms to Clyde [River]. Author mentions his own impending trip to Dublin [Ireland].
