John Sharpe to [Duke of Newcastle] regarding the trials of Alexander Kinloch and Charles Kinloch, their defence by counsel Mr Jodrell [of surrendering in accordance with the Duke of Cumberland's Proclamation], and an 'adjournment when the motion in arrest of judgement was gone through'. Present: Lord Chief Justice [of the King's Bench, Sir William] Lee, Lord Chief Justice [of the Common Plea, Sir John] Willes, Lord Chief Baron Parker, Mr Justice Wright, Mr Justice [Sir Thomas] Abney, Mr Baron Reynolds, Mr Justice Denison, Mr Justice [Sir Michael] Foster, Mr Baron Clarke, and Mr Baron Clive. Dated at St Margaret's Hill [Southwark, Surrey].
