Folio 114. Le Comte de [Earl of] Derwentwater [Charles] Radcliffe with a request that he be allowed to see Mr Garven, or another recommended lawyer. Derwentwater also requests that he may be allowed to talk to his lawyer in confidence, and asks for pen and ink, and for his commission. Dated at the Tower of London [London, Middlesex].
