Folios 84-86. Cabinet minutes, dealing with the petitions of [Jacobite] rebels convicted at Carlisle [Cumberland]. Present: Lord Chancellor; Earl of Chesterfield; Lord Privy Seal; [Henry] Pelham; Duke of Montagu; Duke of Newcastle; Earl of Pembroke, with [Phillip Carteret] Webb ordered to attend.
