Description

Folios 58-63. An account of 53 rebel [Jacobite] prisoners convicted at York [Yorkshire], who are ordered for execution on Saturday 8 November [1746] at York. Taken from the judge's letter and lists of 8 October and from [Phillip Carteret] Webb's account of the evidence of 24 October [1746].
