Description

Folio 61. John Sharpe to Thomas Ramsden. Requires warrants of detainer for prisoners, as the Lent assizes won't reach Cumberland. Will attempt to recover Stafford lists from 'Mr Attorney'. Enclosing letter to be delivered to Mr Gilpin by Walton [not enclosed]. Gilpin's last letter was dated at Scaleby [Cumberland], and he is in the Commission of the Peace. Seal. Dated at Whitehall [Middlesex].
