Folios 51-52. Bishop of Meath [Leinster, Ireland] to James Payzant. Praises 'the bravest young Duke in Christendom' [Duke of Cumberland] on his success against the rebels [Jacobites] in Scotland. 'English Protestant Schools' in Ireland are carrying on their work. Hopes the king and the English Council will sanction an Act of Irish Parliament that places a duty on hawkers and pedlars. Seal. Dated at Dublin [Ireland].
