Folio 48. Copy by Thomas Percival. Information from Ann Lees, wife of William Lees of Oldham [Lancashire]. Ann believes she saw Joshua Winterbotham [the younger] of Greenacres Moor [Lancashire] drinking with a rebel [Jacobite] at John Nichols' ale house in Oldham. Taken before Thomas Percival, Justice of the Peace. Dated at Lancaster [Lancashire], 5 March 1746. With copy of examination of James Whitaker, barber of Oldham. Whitaker saw Joshua Winterbotham the elder singing with rebels outside house of Mr Ogdin. Taken before Thomas Percival. Dated 8 March 1746.
