Folio 37. Copy by Thomas Percival. Examination of John Greenhow of Oldham [Lancashire], concerning John Whitehead, plumber. Whitehead was at the house of Mr Odgin, Greenhow's master, when the rebels [Jacobites] were in Oldham. Colonel Gordon sent a party of rebvels to pursue a group of the King's soldiers, and Whitehead rode with them to Greenacres Moor [Lancashire] and Lees [Lancashire]. Taken before Thomas Percival, Justice of the Peace. Dated at Lancaster [Lancashire].
