Corn being bought up in Flintshire, Denbighshire, Cheshire and Shropshire; said to be under commission from Ireland, but may be intended for Scotland. There is an embargo on ships carrying provisions or grain for export. Will contact Mr Liddell to find out if commissions are genuine. Dated at Chester [Cheshire].
