Folios 25-26. Anonymous to [Newcastle]. Rebels [Jacobites] intend to return to England. At same time, embarkation will be made from France. Will need 5,000-6,000 horse, and same number of foot, to defend against them. Information comes from a 'moderate' Catholic who supports government. Rebels might be stopped if Duke [of Cumberland] enters Scotland.
