Wants William Williams of Air Street, Piccadilly [London, Middlesex], taken into custody; suspected of 'being a Spy in the pretenders Service'. Used to work as excise man, tide waiter, and smuggler. Married an old woman and pretends to be her housekeeper, to avoid 'Serving the King'; loiters about ships and alehouses 'to make observations and spread news'. Dated at 'Admiralty' Coffee House.
