Description

Folios 93-98. Anonymous to Mr Warbott. The capture made by the Sheerness man-of-war was of little importance. There is a commotion on the French frontier; they seem to intend a winter campaign. With a copy of this letter. Enclosing an anonymous letter to Mr Ball. This letter states that the writer will follow Mr Anderton's directions and that the shipping of the goods may be delayed. The cash is ready and the bargains concluded. Blois and Bernard hope to wait on Mr Red. Much of the letter is written in numerical code. With a copy of this letter. With seals.
