Folios 71-72. Lord Hobart to [duke of Newcastle]. He has placed a watch upon the coast, but a 14 mile stretch is defenceless. He requests permission to purchase the arms which Norfolk lacks. A meeting of the county has requested discretionary power for the lord lieutenant. He requests notice if the king is to take the field so that he may attend him. Dated at Blickling.
