Folio 51. J Kincardin to [duke of Perth]. Formerly enclosed in a letter from duke of Cumberland to duke of Newcastle, dated at Lancaster, 17 December 1745 [SP 36/77/1/175]. Part of a packet of letters found in the portmanteau of duke of Perth. Invitation to the burial of Lady Veronica Campbell which is to take place today. With postscript asking [duke of Perth] to bring others with him, as she loved the prince [Charles Edward Stewart]. Dated at Edinburgh.
