Folios 16-17. Hayley to [Unknown]. Requesting commission for association of the mayor and 'Principal Inhabitants' of Chichester [Sussex]. Havant [Hampshire] received commission, and ordered arms and colours from government. Members of association have exercised with Adjutant of Marines and his men for six weeks. Colonel Williams has raised the County Company. Dated at Chichester.
