Request to direct [Burrington] Goldsworthy, consul at Leghorn [Livorno, Italy] to command Captain Wright to restore the goods he took on board the French vessel Le Comte Charolois, or for permission to refer the matter to the Treasury so that the Company might prosecute him at the public expense. Dated at London.
